How to book an event

1. with email and an online bank transfer or cheque

• Send an email giving all relevant details of your  booking to bookings@slowfoodlondon.com

• Transfer the money via online or phone banking to Slow Food London Convivium, The Cooperative Bank, Sort Code: 08-92-99    A/c No: 65139411

• Or send a cheque to Slow Food London, Bill Green, 15 Cleveleys Road, London, E5 9JW. Please attach a post-it note  to the cheque so we know who you are and what you're booking for.

2. print form and send cheque

• Download booking form as a Word doc.  Save to your computer.

• Complete form, print and post with cheque to Slow Food London, Bill Green, 15 Cleveleys Road, London, E5 9JW. Note: your chance of a place at a busy event will be at risk while your booking is in transit.

Booking terms

All bookings are subject to our published procedures and conditions.

Bookings acknowledgement
Booking will be acknowledged by e-mail. In the event that e-mail fails, we shall attempt to acknowledge a booking by telephone.

Queries - Event format or content
Queries as to the format or content of individual events should be made to the contact person specified, or in the absence of a specified contact, to events@slowfoodlondon.com .

Queries - Booking and availability of places
To enquire about availability of places for an event, e-mail bookings@slowfoodlondon.com (specifying which event!).

Need for advance booking
Please book in good time for events. Without sufficient advance bookings, an event may have to be cancelled, disappointing everyone.

Waiting lists
If an event becomes fully booked, a waiting list will be compiled in chronological order of enquiry.

Cancellations and refunds
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations received 7 or fewer days before the event, unless we are able to re-sell the place. While we shall attempt to re-sell places (especially if we have a waiting list), we cannot guarantee that we shall be able to do so. Cancellations requesting a refund should be made by e-mail to bookings@slowfoodlondon.com

Late cancellations
Please do let us know if you are unable to attend an event by contacting the named person at the bottom of the advertising copy. It is possible that even at the very last moment, someone may be waiting on a late-availability space.

Late telephone bookings and late payments
Any late bookings made by telephone are binding. We are happy to receive payment at the event in exceptional circumstances, but we expect you, whenever possible, to send the payment by internet/telephone bank transfer immediately on booking. By booking a late place and failing to attend, you may well have prevented someone else from attending at the last minute and we will have catered for the numbers expected, so we shall still charge you for your place.
